• AutoCAD
• IGES files for translating other systems
• Access customer engineering libraries for drawings and revisions

Electronic Data Interchange has allowed us to incorporate the following electronically both internally and directly to our customers:

• Customer service transactions
• Control inventory levels using KANBAN, min/max and JIT-based systems
• Advanced shipping notices
• Invoicing
• Transportation and routing

We work extensively through customer portals to access and to convey critical information to our customers. This streamlining of communications has significant benefits for both our customers and PCS.
