Assemblies

Assemblies are defined as a combination of components, such as machined terminals, bushings, cotter pins and washers, which are coupled with a helical spring or a formed spring clip.

Examples include extension springs with plugged ends, rod clips with or without locking features, and blind nut plate assemblies.

It is often practical, and more cost effective, for PCS to be responsible for our customer's assembly, especially in the frequent situation where the PCS overhead structure is lower than that of our customer.
